事業概要

For approximately 20 years, Sutrix Group has been supporting global companies in achieving digital transformation (DX), primarily across North America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region. Sutrix Solutions Japan was established in October 2021 as the Japanese subsidiary of Sutrix Group, driven by the vision to "make global development the standard in Japan, and elevate Japan's DX to a global level."

仕事内容

In this role, you will participate in each project as a Frontend Engineer, collaborating with the Project Managers and Technical Architects responsible for those projects.

Responsibilities Specifically, you'll be responsible for the coding development of owned media, e-commerce sites, apps, and more. You'll also have the opportunity to develop and enhance your skills using the latest frontend technologies like React, React Native, Flutter, and Vue.

Background We're currently recruiting engineers due to an increase in the number of projects.

Post-Hire Support We'll mostly use OJT to help you get accustomed to the work, so a willingness to learn proactively is required, helping you start with lighter development tasks as you collaborate with our Japanese and global development teams. If you have prior experience, we'll discuss your areas of expertise and the fields you'd like to challenge yourself.

Development Methodology Agile Scrum

Average Team Composition Development will be handled by one to two members per feature.

Required Skills/Experience ・Web Development (Frontend Engineer): At least 1 year of practical experience ・Japanese Communication Skills: JLPT N3 or higher

Preferred Skills/Experience ・Development Skills Javascript CSS React JS Node HTML

Other Skills ・English Communication Skills (Daily meetings, etc., are primarily conducted in English.)

Desired Candidate Profile ・Individuals with a strong interest in programming who can actively engage in it. ・Those who can devise solutions for challenges and diligently implement them. ・Team players who want to communicate and collaborate to create better services. ・People who are eager to use both Japanese and English in conversations.

For example, we boast a strong track record across various industries. This includes implementing a global common customer experience management platform for expansion from an Asian headquarters to regions like the US and Europe, developing AI-powered smartphone apps that offer innovative customer experiences, and introducing a global common e-commerce platform across 11 countries, with capabilities for local market customization.
